Cybersecurity incident of May 13, 2024

On the night of May 12 to 13, 2024, Pau Pyrénées airport was the victim of a ransomware attack.

 

As of May 13, a crisis unit was opened and a remediation plan was drawn up to ensure continuity of services.

 

Despite the difficulties inherent in such an event, airport services remained operational in strict compliance with safety and security measures.

 

The remediation operations will be completed soon and the IT team

remains mobilized until the end of the crisis.

 

Pau Pyrénées airport would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
